We are ranked behind W. Illinois in the latest coaches poll...HUH???

The Sports Network poll isn't updated at the time it was posted. It still has us listed 1-1. So I'll wait to pass final judgement until that is updated.

Likewise, James Madison beat U Mass, and is ranked below U Mass.

The coaches poll site updates the records before they post the new poll. I believe last week's poll is what you are looking at and new rankings will come out later today.. At least that is what happen last week.

That makes sense. Most polls give the voters at least 36 hours to get votes in after last game in FCS.

At AnyGivenSaturday, voters have until noon CDT/CST to submit ballots.

Looking at it just briefly it appears we made the biggest move up, 4 places from 17th to 13th. Man I wish I could be at the UNIdome. 9th ranked team in the nation vs 13th ranked and 1st place team in the best conference in the FCS. Work takes precedent, but just this weekend.
