There's a lot of NDSU promotional stuff on youtube and it looks like NDSU is well on its way to semi-big time football. I know they're one of the best, but how do we keep up if we draw less than 7000 for our first conference game?

Move Brookings to a metro area of 100,000+ people for starters, and then win a couple national championships in football, and then have a coach that's a lock for a DI job running the program. That would be a good start. (insert sarcasm emoticon)

I just don't remember attendance dropping off like that. Of course FB was so bad in the mid sixties they probably didn't draw much more than 6000 at anytime.

A couple of years ago when Georgia Southern came to town following Hobo Day the attendance was around 4,000. It always drops off later in the year.

At least the new conference should even out the home and away imbalance. Never could figure that out in GW. Too few games in even years, too many in odd.
