NDSU misses a FG on 4th and 2.

Flag...SDSU keeps the ball but gets dinged for 15 yards on unnecessary roughness.

Bison miss a FG on the opening drive of the 2nd half. Of course we get a 15 yard penatly after the play, but we get to keep the ball.
