Game tickets are really skyrocketing on the secondary market. Seems way more expensive than last year. We have ours but if I didn’t, I would be booking the Alumni Assoc charter. Decent deal and game ticket comes with it. Yes, prices will probably drop the week of the game but I think this is going to be a harder ticket to get than it was last year.
Yes, glad we got our 4 tickets in September, otherwise I would be torn between buying at elevated prices right now and waiting until right before the game but allowing more tickets for Griz fans to snap up.
We will see you all down there!

First time to Frisco! Procured flights, tickets, car and hotel on Saturday….the ticket price in my section is up 20 percent today since I bought. Found a Marriot 25 minutes away for $110/night. Fortunately, my local airport has direct flights to Dallas.

I know last year a lot of Rabbit fans went to "The Local"? in Frisco as a hangout. I have googled it and can't really find the place. I would like to go this year while down there. Anyone have a location for the place?

It is in The Colony, not Frisco. Google the Local Shacks at Austin Ranch.
One hand points to campus...the other to the liquor store.
Hitting the road tomorrow. Spending the night in Wichita and rest of the way Friday. Hitting the Local Friday night and we have an 11:45 tee time Saturday. LFG!!!
So I didn't really read the pep rally description before buying... assumed it would be a food-included event like last year (for a few people anyways), but just in a better venue. After a re-read from the alumni website... it says "Concessions will be available to purchase food and drinks."... So that means the $25/person ticket price is just for the privilege of being on the grounds of "America's team"? Pretty lame if you ask me!
And on the topic of the thread... heading to Topeka tonight after work. Stopping at the Pioneer Woman Mercantile for The Wife on Friday morning, then to Frisco! Maybe Stockyards on Saturday before the Local/Pep Rally later. Might chose to attend a little scrimmage at some stadium named after some car manufacturer on Sunday... we'll see I guess!
