All the props in the world to Montana State. They brought it today and, for most of the game, out played us. Losing Mollet hurt too. Not sure we win if he doesn't go down.

Re-watching the not-touchdown by MSU...the quarterback was a good yard past the line of scrimmage when he let go of the ball.

i think it would be appropriate to say the same thing for MSU. officiating contributed heavily to two of their 4 scores. it was not really a pretty or extremely well played game from either team, but i give credit to both teams for playing to the final whistle

I also learned today that standing up while an offensive lineman was standing over you and not making a move to get off of you is unsportsmanlike conduct.

and the winning TD is definitely going to be remembered BUT it will be a shame if the catch and throw, catch by Goering, to start the game winning drive gets forgotten!! high expectations for Goering as well and making that play in a game like this seems to show that the expectations could be legit

come on Filbert, i really wanted to TRY to not spend my time being focused on officiating this year. if you are going to insist on saying the totally obvious out loud that is NOT going to help me one little bit!!!! MSU benefitted from an out of bounds fumble recovery, an invisible holding call, and an invisible unsportsmanlike conduct penalty at the very least. i could say more but i will TRY to return now to not focusing on terrible officiating. we do have a lot of other things to focus on)))
