watching the start of this drive i do think that ID is not 100%

and now the tv guys are pretty much saying the same thing

the jacks REALLY need another back to step up

i am wondering if amar johnson played for a complete monster of a team in high school because he put up really good numbers but it seems like he had to have almost never been touched early because he really has difficulty running through contact

i think we really needed to just come into this game thinking run run run run and run some more

their D does make some plays but it seems like if you keep taking your 2 and 3 and 4 yard runs you are going to break a bigger one

whereas trying to pass, ESPECIALLY in the F Dome where you CANNOT use snap count to the advantage of your offense, is very hard. they have probably the best set of DBs in fcs and probably as good as most fbs
and they have waege or however you spell it, against half of an o line that is still developing

Really wish we would go vertical in the passing game once in a while. We have virtually no deep threat because it seems they never try. A lot of LOS passes.

VERY hard to do this with zero time for your QB and maybe not needed when we are able to run quite successfully
although the other possiblity would be to run a one or two man route and max protect or at least give help on waege

Mauch had a play like that earlier in the game, and Al Bahe just mentioned that Mauch was flagged last week for blocking a Sycamore well out of bounds.
