At one point, it looked like they were stretching it like they would a cramp, but he was on opposite side of field, so my view wasn't the best

You would have thought Delaware was the team up by 27 with the way they handled that drive.

Four hours of driving to watch three hours of football in potentially-rainy weather was a very small price to pay for being there when the “If you’re gonna play in Texas” song came on. That was awesome, spring season or not.

What a performance by the team. I’m very happy for Stig, though I know he’s careful about celebrating too early. Still, this is a big step, win or lose next weekend. Well done.

Whomever's idea that was needs a raise! I listened to it on the radio but man it would have been awesome to have been there! What a day for SDSU!

Based on Backhaus' postgame interview, that song's a semifinal staple. Nevertheless, it was great to hear live knowing the Jacks were headed there

I heard it being played by JMU when I attended the semifinal game a few years ago & NDSU have played it every year they have made it (NDSU fans are claiming on social media we are copying them).

NDSU also invented hook'em horns, entrance videos, tailgating, AC/DC, domed football fields and there are also some rumors of them being the creators of American football itself.

Our JMU hosts must have whisked us out of there prior to that playing. Or it is PTSD

I believe it was right after the game. Some of The JMU players went to their locker room and came back out with cowboy hats.

Right. I felt that way about their runningback too. Would be aversge at best in the mvfc. He maybe would start at usd. Their lines were slow and un athletic it appeared to me. Reminded me of the eastern ill game that jimmy G where zenner ran for like 240 yards or some such. Atleast thats my recollection. But thst game was not impressed with eastern ill that year or Delaware this year. Only their qb wowed me. He a better version of stone lebowski or what ever it is from siu. Before his injury you could see why he is so dangerous. After his injury he still easily escaped containment with a really bad knee. Kid was a gamer for sure. Imagine if he had a good offensive line....

is that definitely the guy??? as i understand it they had multiple starting O LIne guys out for our game, could the first team all america be one of them??

the all america team thing does feel a little bit annoying, but i think it is probably pretty accurate. with the exception of Bachaus. i do believe he should be first team, but there are a LOT of really talented LB

but it really shows that this rabbit team is truly that, a team! there really are not many super elite individuals. there is no zenner, no weinike, no goeddert, no tc, to cade j, no rozeboom, etc...... but it is a team full of really really good football players who play together and do their jobs
