    SDSU's passing game, both offensively and defensively, looked shaky again in the first half. But Koenig and run defense looked OK. The Rabbits are still in it, if the passing game can contribute in the second half.

      Now that Kardoes has started the 2nd half he ought to be the man for the whole game. No reason to change after one series when you don't change after a whole half. Everyone knows where I stand on this issue.

          MT is going to run the ball all 2nd half. We need to create TO's and 3 and out's if we want to stay in this game.

            Well, 5 minutes of positive attitude for me.

            This sucks big time. We can't even compete with this Montana team. Its like they needed one drive to wake up and now they can do whatever they want. This could get really ugly.

                What about the inability to stop them? Even if we score 8 here there is no indication that we can stop them.

                Can't even catch a kickoff and return it. We're out of our league here. Since when did Anthony become our kick returner? Is this another coaching screw-up? Did they prepare him for this?

                  Kind of adding insult to injury, this game's lead sponsor on Montana TV is Northwestern Energy. It's the Northwestern Energy Bowl or some such thing.

                  NWPS used to be headquartered in Huron, now headquartered in Sioux Falls, if I recall correctly.

                      stopped in just in time to see Kardoes blow it by a widereceiver on a screen pass. Back to the beer and socializing.

                              I should probably just shut-up. I clearly expect too much from this team.

                              Another procedure penalty prevents us from even running a play. Its like high school football out there. Players don't know where to be, people are playing new positions each game, can't tackle, can't block, its just snap it and see what happens.
