Oliver Carras (6'4" 215 lbs DE out of Scottsdale, AZ - Chaparral HS) has committed to the Jackrabbits according to Jason Jewell (who is very knowledgeable on AZ recruiting). There is currently no mention of it on Oliver's twitter account, however.

That might explain the “no offers”

Coaching staff has expensive taste, or more accurately, a keen eye for talent. Multiple running backs were not ranked by Rivals when we offered, and often we were the first to make offers. So far, four of the five offered running backs have elected to take their talents to Power 5 schools. Marcus Major was the most recent when he committed to the Sooners on Saturday.

RB - Darius Boone Jr.***, 5'11" 190, Tulsa, OK, (Union) - Eastern Michigan
    RB -
Nick Fedanzo, 6'0" 200, Lombard, IL (Montini) - Illinois
RB - Breece Hall***, 6'2" 200, Wichita, KS (Northwest) - Iowa State
RB - Marcus Major***, 6'1" 180, Oklahoma City, OK (Millwood) - Oklahoma
RB - Anthony Williams Jr.***, 6'0" 190, Chicago, IL (Simeon) - Michigan State

Looks like he has visited USD and NDSU. Not sure about any offers.

Plus losing Noah Urbanek to concussion issues.
