Spread it out with a designed QB run. He would't have had time for a pass. Which reminds me, I'd like to see a few called bootlegs to get TC on the edge.

Exactly! Roll TC out and he can either run or pass. Use his strengths.

I was OK with the decision to go for it on fourth and one, and play to win. A field goal and good fortune in OT, if it got to OT, was not a sure thing. There was something like 2 minutes left. If we can't pick up one yard with the jumbo package in crunch time, we don't deserve to win.
        This space for lease.

The play that the coaches actually lost the game for us was only td drive for uni def held on 3rd and 7 and ref ran into coach for 15 us penalty to extend drive

I don't appreciate being called out like this. Especially when it's a blatant lie. Quit being an asshole.

Really? Not even close. People can read for themselves. I've always just assumed you were a Bison fan too.

Edit: if you want to neg rep me, that's cool, you can PM me and keep it off the thread.

Fyi, your link sent me to nowhere.

Well, everybody has the right to an opinion. In my opinion, the right decision was to kick the FG. Someone mentioned "wind" and "Carlson has missed FGs". There was 0 wind, and we were on the 11-yard line. Go for it, and not make it, game over. Kick the FG and at least we would have had the same number of points, and an OT to see if we could get it done. Obviously, either way could have been right or wrong. But we were getting nothing up the middle. Absolutely do not understand why that was tried. But it is nice to be able to blame the coaches for the position we were in at that point...after all, they were responsible for the penalties, poor O line play, and obviously putting Lujan in for two series killed us.

                  How does that even happen?

I didn't see the late hit call that went against us but I was told by another that watched it that it should have been on UNI.

Wasn't a late hit the coach was outside the box and ref ran into him

That jumbo package has become to predictable, need to show something else from that set every now and then. You can never rely on strength and size alone as every team has big, tough guys.

Instead of running power up the middle. Try running a slant or an angle where the runner has a chamce to see a lane open up and push to the open side of the field. Something just so we don't keep doing the same thing. It is frustrating to watch on many plays where our oline seriously looked like they didn't block anyone. Where we would have 3 lineman just standing there and qb or back just getting harassed the whole time in the back field.

I know that. Separate penalties. I was talking about the coach getting in the way first and then about the second penalty. My post wasn't clear.

Not a Bison fan. The link was my post history on Bisonville. (Posted 20 or so times since last October). You must not be able see it like I thought you could.

Ill just consider this a miscommunication.

Yes, WAY too predictable. It was so slow developing, Paris actually got tackled from behind.
