In one of my recreation classes, think it was outdoor management, we had to write about where thought was like heaven on earth or the most beautiful place you have been or would like to be if you could pick one place to spend the rest of your life where would you pick and why. Most people picked like state or national parks or more remote places or some historical connection etc. During the class the professor had to stop everyone, and remind us since maybe 1/3 the class were small town Iowa kids in it, that the corn fields of Iowa dont cont. As he explained he has seen them and they are not that great. It was rather amussing. Maybe you had to be there.

Finally...Rivals has updated the Jackrabbit logo they use on recruit's pages. One of the most important developments of the recruitment season, no doubt.

Looks like 21 silhouettes on that page. Now I'm off to count our recruits with scholarships.

EDIT: 20 recruits listed on the page with scholarships with more with PWO offers. I wonder if there is one more that we will find out about tomorrow.

EDIT: I take that back. Jake Ford is not listed yet on our recruit list. He would make 21.

Interesting the use of the word "signed" being that it is the day before signing day, but they do have a picture of Blake signing what appears to be a letter of intent. I'm guessing that it won't be official until it is faxed in the day of, however.
