some interesting games in the conference this weekend. Missouri State giving NDSU a hard time. Youngstown struggling with the 'Yotes. UNI finally finding its offense and defense in the same game. Illinois State solidifying its hold on 1st place and the auto-bid.

Jacks are laying an egg in the 1st half...

We had a false start on 3rd and inches...
The Salukis are getting a lot of good breaks...

However...we are only down 10-3 at the half

hopefully they wake up and decide to play football in the 2nd half...

Also the double personal fouls which advanced the ball 15 yards from the point of completion

So we brought our F game to Carbondale today.

MVFC Update

USD had its chance but it was tough: 4th and 11 with about 1:30 to go, down 13-10 at Youngstown. But, USD’s QB is sacked. Youngstown goes on to win its second game in the conference and move into the winning category overall: 5-4, 2-4. USD falls to 1-8 overall, 0-6 in the conference.

Daughters can't catch a cold today. FWIW, watching him pregame last week, he was dropping a lot then to.

(I don't remember if he dropped any in the Hobo Day game, though he did catch 1 TD pass.)
