Great win. However, that final drive doesn't erase some major problems that surfaced earlier in the game. SIU dominated the LOS against the run. Passing game was inefficient for a variety of reasons. Punt game was absolutely miserable. Jacks started inside their own 20 while SIU started at midfield nearly every possession. I don't even want to think about the red zone.
All that said, what we have here is a team of destiny (maybe). YSU has a terrible pass defense and Jacks took advantage. SIU has a much better defense and they stopped the run and the pass and dominated field position, yet the Jackrabbits found a way to win, same way they found ways to win early in the conference season.
Its certainly been an interesting and fantastic season for the fans so far, looking forward to the rest of it.

Watched the game highlights on Jackrabbit Insider. In addition to Tiefenthaler and Sumner playing outstanding ball, gotta talk about the catches by Rollin, Schneider and Zenner and the line play. There are some perfect plays in 'The Drive'.

The original airing of JI must be on a channel I don't get. Or it's at a time other than 10:30. I flipped on the tv to the SDSU channel at 10:30 (which airs replays of JI) but it wasn't on, rather a replay of SDSU volleyball vs Iowa State had just begun airing.

On Sunday night it airs on the Sioux Falls Fox channel. Tuesday at 6:00 pm is when it airs on Fox Sports North, which is on satellite.
Interesting watching the replay of Sumners pass to Tief, Line of scrimmage is the 9 yard line and when Sumner throws pass his front foot is on the 10 yard line.

I thought the same thing.
I also remember reading somewhere this rule was changed so the entire body has to be over the line?

What an amazing last drive! We didn't play very well but pulled it out. Got lucky? Probably
My enduring thought is that when we are aggressive on offense good things happen to the Jacks. We were aggressive in the last two minutes Saturday. We were also aggressive on offense two weeks ago. Now we head to Fargo to play the #1 team in the country with nothing to lose and everything to gain. Note to coaches, let's be aggressive on offense. Let's go to Fargo and give them everything we have and see what happens.
Will the entire game be replayed on fox north or am I misunderstanding? Thanks
They just air the half hour Jackrabbit Insider, which has about a ten minute segment with Stig, along with the highlights. They showed nearly every play of "the drive" twice.
