Huge mistake by YSU... low snap to the punter... downed at the YSU 12 yrd line Jacks take over... Sumner TD to Hubert... three passing TDs for Sumner so far.

I found a game tracker and I see a couple personal foul penalties. One on the Jacks one on the Guins. What happened?

I think the announcers said any sort of jumpingover the line, using a lineman or not, is a personal foul? Must be a new player protection penalty?
