We are very lucky to have TV. Mick Garry as a beat writer is a joke and I can see why they complain. He and Stu must be buddies or maybe he is grandfathered in at the Argus? You look at the two bodies of work and there is no comparison between him and TV.

Pretty sure Mr. Garry has things like "______ of the Year" accolades tied to his name, so I can say that you are objectively wrong and strongly misinformed.

TV provides more coverage because the Argus wants more SDSU coverage, and the Argus wants more SDSU coverage because there are more SDSU fans than USD fans.

Mick's a good writer. It's not his fault that he's assigned to the number two player in the market....

And if you doubt that's the case (unlikely, but...) go sit at the Empire Mall with a note pad and keep track of SDSU vs. USD apparel. SDSU is the 'default' team for South Dakotans these days....

The USD board is really falling on hard times when the only discussion is how Dale Moss grabbed the Argus Media on Pro Day. True blue Argus as one poster mentioned. Amusing. Way to go Dale. Too bad you never got to play in the Dome, then the folks would have really seen what you can do.
