    Re: Cal Poly

Hmm, perhaps the game plan is changing to some deeper throws?

Yeah, i heard Tiefenthaler may have hurt his wrist. At least i hope that is the only reason Moss is starting. Sorry but I am not a believer in a guy who chose bb over fb and is now trying to hang on to an avg athletic college career.

It does seem like Moss is a little too athletic to be on our team, you know? If only he was slower and couldn't jump as high.

He can jump, but he has average speed! Lets just hope for a Jacks victory!

Is that a response to me?

Also: anyone know how much the stream costs? I couldn't find anything on their site, but I didn't look too hard.

You really need to get over the fact that Dale played BB. The coaches, players and 99% of the people on thhis board don't care about it. If he helps us great. If Tiefentahler is hurt and he is our best option then who cares what he did the last 4 years.

What kind of college sports career did you have TailGatr? Did you play 2 sports at a D1 universty?? That's what I thought.

                          Re: Cal Poly

Hey, I'm just glad State has a quality athlete to step in and fill the position of an injured player. If Moss can perform at even 90% of young Tiefenthaler's level he should have a good day.

                            Re: Cal Poly

The career of TOB really started in Cal Poly. Doesn't that seem like an eternity ago? The coaching staff of the Jacks has faced these guys enough they should be fairly familiar with the unorthodox schemes of both the offense and defense of Poly. If the defense can shake the case of missing ballcarriers they had last week, they should play into the strength of the Jacks defense. It's just a matter of if the offense can be steady and confident.

Unfortunately the gut feeling of this Jacks fan isn't on the right side of the fence today. Poly 24 Jacks 16.

Prairiehaas and jackbacker--you guys are right----let's just get the w! That is the main thing!

As for AugieJackFan---great post, one of the best you have had!

I have a feeling the game-plan will change this week. Cal-Poly struggles with pass-d so it should be fun and interesting!!
