  • Re: Cal Poly

Watched the replay of the pick six...here's the breakdown for those that didn't see it...TOB lines up in shotgun....takes the snap...doesn't move an inch....looks directly to his left the entire time he's got the ball in his hands....and there you have it. Stevie Wonder could have jumped that pass.

Seriously. I was hoping last week was just because SDSU was playing Illinios. Well either Poly is Big Ten material or SDSU is pretty bad this year.

He is definately looking like a stud, no doubt about it. I never said he couldn't play for the record, was just pointing out that not all athletes are great fb players. And anyone ready for sumner yet?

he scores more points for the other team then he does for us..... this is when we in the marching band would yell, we want your scholarship money back.

Obviously cal poly watches game film. runs up the middle, swing passes and 5 yard outs and TOB stares his WR down.

Seriously going to check out now and watch some FBS football. Will someone just start a new thread if Sumner gets in the game. I don't want to read through this tomorrow to see if it actually happened. Maybe just start posting in the Cal Poly GDT and pretend it's a new game.

You have to be kidding me. Whaaaaa, the defense might be tired.

Cal Poly marched right down the field on Cal Poly's FIRST possession of the game, and has moved the ball with EASE. If guys are tired, its on the strength and conditioning coach, not the offense.

I'm not saying the offense is playing good, but please stop blaming the defenses problems on the offense.

sumner can make the same passes, without the pick 6's and the deflections......PULL HIM.

The feel that I'm getting from watchin this is the coaches are going, here you go Tommy, the game will be won or lost on you're shoulders, as will the QB job. If you can't be successful with our full aresenal of plays and against whats a ****ty secondary, we'll get someone else for conference season.

I just want to rip into what is happening right now. I am just going to say, I am glad we are not playing any cup cakes this year because it would be to embaressing to lose to them. Our program in 2 years has regressed to a point where I have never seen this team before. Our play calling is awful. Our Offense can not run, or pass, our D can not tackle. We are always out of position.

We need to get some assistant coaches who can actually do more then what we are getting right now. Hopefully sell is finding a way to get more money so we can hire some good coaches next year. If we end with another loosing season, and I dont see how we will finish with a winning record at this point. We are coming home 1-3 most likely and only have tough home games left. There better be some coaches fired at the end of the year if we finish with a loosing record again. and players better lose their starting positions also.
