I thought mid way thru fall camp last year.
An up to date depth chart was listed in the Jacks locker room last year during the walk thru of the Dykhouse after last year's spring game. I'd guess they keep one posted there.
We know what the depth chart is going into fall camp based on the spring game, so I'm not sure what the urgency is. It won't change until fall camp.
