Lots of stuff to clean up. We have a lot of new players out there and haven't really got any sort of team chemistry that I can see. Starting 0-3 won't help that.

I would hope our guys give the Husker's our best effort. Hard to say what exactly that means. I see this game as a big pay check for SDSU. If the Huskers were coming to CAS, it would have big big price tag. I wish I could be more positive.

Have no inside facts, but I suspect somewhere in the 300-400k range.

I went to the Idaho game in Lincoln, if I remember reading correctly we got $350,000, while Idaho got $800,000......thought it was interesting that they received more than twice as much.

The difference may be the D1A (Idaho) and we being D1AA institution. Some one said there was a cap guarenteed payouts on games between FBS and FCS. 400K was the number mentioned. I have no sources to cite here. 350k will pay a bunch of bills. As a fan, we should be gratiful.

That's about right. FBS teams usually command close to or more than a million dollars while FCS teams get considerably less. So, if you can get the same gate or better for a FCS team there is a lot of incentive to do just that.
