2010 Prognosticators

Last year I was to busy to run a weekly contest predicting the outcomes of FCS games, but I think I have time this year if you are interested. Post a response to this if you would like to participate so I can set up my system for keeping records. Also if you want to participate, should we start Saturday September 4 or wait until the Jacks opener September 11.

It will work like last time, all of the games involving MVFC teams plus a few others to get the total to about 8-10 per week. I will put up the games early in the week and predictions will need to be in by Thursday night so I can get everything organized and posted by Friday night or Saturday morning.

Yotes and anyone else are certainly welcome.

The bases for selection of games is that all games involving MVFC teams are included. The rest are selected on the basis of a combination of competitiveness of the game, potential playoff implications and local interest. That is to say that you can expect that USD games will be included part but not all of the time. If the yotes are playing up a division or down a division then the game probably won't be on the list that week. So you are more than welcome but not every USD game will show up.

In fact having non SDSU fan's in the mix will help to keep the SDSU picks a little more realistic I am guessing.

The "prize" is the fun of the predictions and the bragging rights for the week/year.

One year someone had a batch of interesting T-shirts and did offer a T-shirt to winner each week. Am I remembering right that that was you MIlwaukee Jacks Alum
