Remember a few years ago, when SDSU beat Iowa State 2-1 in all sports? I think they just beat Minnesota 3-2 (2 losses: FB, MBB).

It was a great afternoon! Nice day, field looked beautiful, scoreboard even better, largest crowd of the year (should have been, of course), and the Jacks do it again! Trevor Vermeulen did a great job of closing it up and the Jack's batters just keep delivering in crucial times. A great home schedule coming up in May...start figuring out how you can attend the home games!

No new scoreboard...but the 12-11 score on the board at the end of the game looked very nice to me!

This was the first time in my life I attended an SDSU baseball game from start to finish...and it won't be the last. This team is loaded. They average over 9 runs/game, over 1 HR/game, a team batting avg. above .330 and flat out pound the ball to all fields. They also have a dominant closer. It's time for someone other than ORU to represent the Summit, and this team could do it. Heck, if the bats stay hot...why not Omaha ok, maybe getting a little ahead of myself...
