It could mean something for us. NDSU locking up the 4 seed means that if we end up tied with St. Thomas for second, the Tommies would win the tie-breaker since they swept the Bison and we split.

The way this was handled led people to believe the position was opening up. Elsen was surprised because of this comment "There isn't a coach in the country that is more optimistic and excited about their team than I am right now." @JeffWulbrun from Denver's MBBall page 7 days ago.

The bison could not hang with the Mavs in Omaha. They made it close until the final minutes to lose 85-74.

The Flopping Tommies finish stronger than the Pios to win 79-76. Denver led most of the game. The play by play guy stated he would not comment on a flopping foul fearing mad texts coming his way. Tommies vs Mavs in a week at St Paul.

It turned out to be a dud for bison as the Tommies whizzed right by them. The Jackrabbits will need some help to get the 2 seed.
