SC throws up a 70ft "hail mary" to go up 25-12 after the 1st quarter over USD.

Big game coming up for Summit League wbb, USD taking on SC in SC.They will have a wk to prepare for the game, I like how they schedule for big games. To me it's a preview to NCAA Tournament play,(they are cited as having an at-large caliber record, if they don't get the Summit auto bid)....this caliber of basketball...we shall see, this would be their 3rd time in the NCAA's if they go.

Bison pick up solid win at home against ETSU. The first technical foul I have seen for flopping on the second incident by a player.
    Dec. 07 Purdue Fort Wayne 49 Ill.-Chicago 62 Final
Dec. 07 East Tenn. St. 68 North Dakota State 78 Final
Dec. 08 Haskell 55 Oral Roberts 95 Final

Dec. 04 Eastern Illinois 69 Purdue Fort Wayne 74 Final
Dec. 04 Western Illinois 86 Evansville 90 Final
Dec. 05 South Dakota State 70 Montana St. 77 Final
Dec. 06 Mt. Marty 79 South Dakota 94 Final
Dec. 06 North Dakota 70 Montana 77 Final
Summit teams are not cruising at a high altitude. 6-5 Mastodons are the lone winner in past couple of days over D1 opponent.

Can't consider this Bison team a top contender until they figure out an offense that consits of something more than just chucking threes. We aren't even good at making them but we'll just keep on chucking, it is the Richman way...Play at a snails pace and then chuck up a three.

Indiana State wins over Bison 71-60
Creighton has their way with ORU 72-60. ORU was down easily by 15 at half and did not look great.
Omaha loses to Arkansas State 78-73.
ORU and Omaha have also been in the discussion for finishing high in conference.

Wouldn't be surprised if the top team in the league has 4 losses this year.

Agreed - USD was picked as the preseason #1 teams on the men's side for a reason. And on the women's side for that matter.

I agree with your points about NDSU. Having watched several of their games I’m not sure if they are more likely to finish first or outside the top 4. I’m looking forward to watching Wilson take on Krueser, Ward or whomever tries to defend the paint. That’s definitely not their strong point. I’m glad we don’t depend on the 3 as much as the Bison.

Does anyone still view NDSU as the Summit favorite?
When I first started reading this I assumed you meant the women. But it’s the men? Holy Chit!!!
