USD tops NDSU 75-65. USD has been playing well when it counts: conference tourney time.

Watched on Midco. Anyone want to guess what the official attendance count will be? It looked pretty dismal again even though that's a nice venue with an improving team.

Good point. A lot of intrigue on Saturday. As long as Omaha and PFW are #2 and #3 I’m good. But PFW has choked early on the last few tournaments.

IPFW will finish ahead of NDSU because they beat SDSU. I think WIU has the #8 locked.

Denver gave up last weekend and now they decide to play. They are up 65-38 with 6 minutes to go. Maybe WIU thought it would be better to lock up the 8th seed and quit themselves. I guess they will get a preview of their Summit League tourney game this weekend.

If NDSU doesn’t come back, FW gets the #3 even with a loss on Saturday due to their win over SDSU as long as the Jacks take care of business and finish #1

ORU pulling off that win without Kearns is very impressive. They definitely have some good athletes - just rarely seem to put it all together. Omaha is going to be kicking themselves.

USD is up 6 over NDSU with 7:30 to go.

It would be pretty ironic if tonight’s developments push PFW to the #4 with us now looking like the #1.

What was Fort Wayne doing losing to UND?

Meanwhile, Vermillion 50, Fargo 49 with 9:30 on the clock and Vermillion scores and is fouled...made it...53-49

ORU wins. Take care of business on Saturday and the jacks win the league outright.

ORU hangs on 84-80 over Omaha. I think that gives the Jacks sole possession of #1.

    FINAL: ORU 84, Omaha 80.

I still think PFW takes the #3 seed as ndsu is terrible on the road, but you never know.

Jacks with the clear path to the #1 seed
