Other than the fact it involved our (WBB) only loss to date, I really disliked the year that a bye was awarded to the top seed. I've always enjoyed that first "warmup" day as a fan of a top level team. It adds to the buildup of the event and was really missing when we jumped right into the fire playing USD in our first game.
If you don't have them already, make sure to buy your 2018/19 SLT passes tomorrow. Lock in more blue in the seats and give USD fans something to whine about for a few days in March the next couple years!
