The game to keep an eye on the women's side besides the Jacks game is IUPUI at WIU. SDSU should be rooting for the Necks' tonight.

            Re: 2015 Summit WBB

Things are getting a little clearer at the top and bottom of the WBB standings.

NDSU has a 1-9 road record this year. They have four road games to go, including trips to two teams ahead of them in the standings (as well as IUPUI). I think they are headed for a finish in the 4-6 range.

WIU is currently third in the standings. They have road games at NDSU, IUPUI, USD and SDSU still to come. That is brutal. They could fall several spots by the end.

IPFW seems to be about locked into the #8 spot and will be waiting for a first round matchup with (probably) USD or SDSU both of whom they came within one point of beating. That's pretty strange.

ORU, Denver, and IUPUI are all tied at 4-4. One or two of those is probably going to jump NDSU/WIU and end up in the top four.

As expected, it looks like this race is coming down to USD/SDSU at the top.

Before tonight, I fantasized that USD would lose in Fargo. After watching the Bison, I no longer think that!

Nice finally breaking up that big 4-3 log jam we had two games ago. We dumped a few teams tied with us, now just those pesky Leathernecks keeping pace with us for second place. Still have to put more distance between us and the field, and shake the Leathernecks too. First or second seed needed, little difference between the two except bragging rights.

This year is looking good, feeling good about everything falling into place and us starting a renewed string of NCAA appearances. Keep focused Jacks and close out the season the way you have been, getting better and becoming more and more intimidating to your conference foes. The closer we get to claiming the prize, the more confident we should feel that it's ours for the taking.

Confidence doesn't just happen, it's not just happenstance, but rather it's a result of hard work and dedication toward achieving your goal, and knowing you have prepared yourself with the knowledge and skills, the tools, to accomplish your task. I see those quality's in this group of players, and it's fun to see their confidence grow with each game.

Oral Roberts(4-5) travels to Omaha(1-8) in an attempt to even the conference record.
IUPUI(5-4) travels to Denver(4-4). The Jags have not won a conference road game yet.

Well, if ORU is to break their road losing streak, Omaha looks to be the place to get it done. 0-26 in road games for the Golden Eagles. Time to see if the POTW McIntyre can carry the team to a road W.

They may need to sneak Luper back into the lineup. 0-26 must be a difficult experience for the Golden Eagles.

ORU ends their 26 away game losing streak by beating UNO 66-52. (UNO must be REALLY bad)

IUPUI squeaked out a road win at Denver 68-64.

                            I think McIntyre went for 33 & 24. Wow.

That is ridiculous. She only had 4 blocks though.

The duo of McIntyre and Kevi Luper would have been insane.

Shaw had 32 pts for Omaha. McIntyre got stuffed by Kelly of Omaha. It's kind of sad to think, but looking at each schools roster in the Summit this year and looking at the seniors who will graduate, the Summit might actually be worse next year than they were this year, unless some of these schools have underclassmen who step up tremendously. Gone will be Van Riper Rose DEN, Johnston DEN, Seibert FW, Markovic Jags, LeMar Bison, Taijhe Kelly Omaha, McIntyre, Balla , Jackson ORU, Loeffler, Contreras, Seekamp USD,W. ILL will have Luke back, SDSU will have plenty, as usual.
