I can't believe this is even a discussion.

Everybody knows the Sioux Falls Storm are the best football team in the Dakotas. They've won like 5 out of 6 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS.

Oh, wait. The Storm play week in and week out in a footnote league. But that wouldn't have anything to do with USF.






Just kidding, I respect what USF has done on a football field the last few years. But comparing them to SDSU is pretty ridiculous. A lot of people wanted to compare USD and SDSU after last years games against UNI. Time has told the tale of which team is truly better.

- The beleagured Sycamores of Indiana State have 47 teams ranked behind them.
- Minnesota is only 21 rankings ahead of SDSU
- Jacks are ranked higher than future opponent Illinois and 34 slots behind another future foe, Nebraska. They are 37 slots ahead of next year opponent Delaware.
- Jacks are ranked higher than four teams from the Big 10, two from the ACC and three from the Big 12.
