You just don't get it, do you? It doesn't matter how well UNO is doing in D-II. Pointing out how well UNO is doing in D-II isn't smack against SDSU. If it were, then you should be jealous of Lewis and Clark College for being #1 in NAIA. You could use it as smack against Bemidji or Duluth, but it just doesn't make sense to try to use a D-II teams record as smack against a D-I team.

them d 2 school fans on this board are about as annoying as a mosquito bite.  unfortunately you can't kill people as easy as you can mosquitos. [smiley=rolleyes.gif] oh well idiots never learn easily.

Come on Mav -show some love to the Rabbits. They may have lost one to the "battling baptists" of USF but they did come back to beat the Univ of Waldorf. Also, they didn't lose any games to Creighton last weekend which is a good accomplishment.
I see where they give people until June 15 to renew their fb season tickets. I guess there is no urgency to renew since they probably don't have anybody waiting for tickets. Or maybe it is because the avg person is South Dakota can't afford the 100 bucks a ticket.

Mav"power" must have been booted from the USD and NCC boards, leaving the friendly and inclusive SDSU board as his only means of venting about the pitiful UNO program (which come through as attacks against SDSU).

By the way, John Daly wanted to bet that both UNO basketball teams would not win the "new and improved" NCC this past year, but the bookies already accepted that result as a given and would not allow the wager to be placed because the bookies' cut would exceed any potential earnings. :P

That crack doesn't even make sense. Considering John Daly is currently in the news for LOSING $50-60 Million, the general consensus would be that he is a horrible gambler. Saying he bet against SDSU would be applied to the consensus in regards to his prior gambling record and most likely be thought to be another example of his poor choices as a gambler. Thus, by trying to crack on SDSU by employing a John Daly analogy, you've actually stated the safe bet is to bet that SDSU actually wins the conference championship next year. Just dissecting your poor attempt at humor, there.
