    Extra point. Good. Wisconsin wins.
Man, what is the deal with that? HS teams don't miss three PATs in a game. That is ridiculous. Cal Poly let me down, picked them in my Pick 'Em Game this week.

I watched the entire game. The best team lost tonight. Unbelievable. What a horrible loss for Cal Poly.

The 10 sacks and the 14 point loss that Cal Poly handed us at CAS does not sting as much now. CPU is a very good football team. I hope they go all the way in the playoffs.

It still stings for me, we did not show up to play that game like we could have.

A good team will sack you ten time if we dont show up and I agree we did not show up, but that said Cal Poly was very solid and that showed up when playing the Badgers to OT.

BTW, the Bison had seven sacks last night so we have some things to work on in spring ball.

I am pulling for the Mustangs SIU and UNI in the playoffs since they were on the schedule.

Cal Poly should have some moxie going into the playoffs.

I watched most of this game before "the game" last night, but had to leave to get into the dome right before OT started. Poly absolutely manhandled the Badgers for the first 1-1/2 quarters. A couple of big plays is what got Wisc. in scoring position. They really did not seem to have any long drives like Poly did all day. I can't believe those PAT's, that is so disappointing.

Cost them the 4 seed probably. They will be a tough, tough out in the playoffs. I'd like to see them against App. St. I think that would be one heck of a game.

                Re: Cal Poly's chances

There is a lot of talk flying around here about how the media and the school has been covering up the ugly game against Poly. Only one story among the 5 in this weekend's Journal told the story like it was. Most reported as if they were playing another Big 10 team and won a well deserved, hard fought battle. In reality, they only won because of pure dumb luck. Poly outplayed them on almost every aspect of the game.

The morning talk show hosts were just hammering on the Badgers for essentially losing to Poly. After we played them earlier in the year, I told my boss and another attorney here that Poly would run all over the Badgers and would win the game. I was definitely right on one statement and should have been right on the other. I feel for the Poly fans. Just a crushing defeat.

I'll be cheering on Cal-Poly and the two MVC teams in the playoffs. I'll be cheering against the east coast teams and the Big Sky. Looks like Northern Iowa and Southern Illinois could potentially meet in the Quarterfinals if they both win in the first round.
