Obviously he's a good coach but that's a pretty good pay bump for missing the tournament 4 of the last 5 years.

Following UNI might be a good thing, also hiring Sell and Costello worked too. I suspect SDSU will have to do something similar to keep Nagy.

The UNI/Jacobson deal also has more to it....

-UNI will fly charter only
-Assistants salary pool will be top 2 in the MVC
-Flexibility to buy a second home game against a top 100-150 opponent.
