Not to get too far in-depth into it, but this is good for anybody that cannot finance a house given the current rules.

However let it be Known that SDSU reserves the right to yank a lease for as little as having speakers in the yard.

It was a great thing that Mr.Wendell and others did, if you ever want to sell your house to a party other than another Greek org. I would suggest another route. Look @ Lambda Chi once the "popular" house. no longer in existence... with property they can/were able to sell.
