Could be the Volleyball and the "Dig Pink" night, but a lot of schools do that already... not exactly ground-breaking.

First got alert on Facebook, so my guess it's not the aforementioned things since I would think they would follow it up with another Facebook plug.

But, who knows what qualifies as exciting these days? When you get a certain age, a glass of Scotch on a cool fall evening is exciting.

Saturday's SDSU-Missouri State game will be broadcast by Mediacom on its Connections channel. This will be the first of four consecutive games that SDSU will have broadcast in one fashion or another.

Am I just a spoiled brat in thinking that a televised football game doesn't exactly qualify as exciting to me? Maybe it's because I don't have mediacom and there is no way my wife will let me go to Cubby's.

So, do we know what the exciting announcement was? I think in the future if they send out that type of message, there better be a followup when the announcement is made.
