Could you give instructions on how you did that? Did you just take a picture of the computer screen or was there a better way?
At first I didn't know what you were talking about but I finally got it. I just put the file on my MicroSD card and then set is as my background. If you have a camera phone you should be able to 'email' it to your phone. It depends on your provider. Verizon has an address that ends with @vtext.com for your phone (or something like that). Just as long as you can accept pix messages you should be able to send it to your phone. Just check with your provider.

To get around the lack of wide screen wallpapers I just took the bigger white ones and centered it on a white background. Looks good, no distortion, the logos are big enough that it looks like it was made to be that way.
