SDSU night at Target Field

We had a great time at Target Field. It seemed like a good number of Jackrabbit faithful in the house. The Twins gave a lot of good publicity and a lot of big screen time to SDSU and its fans. A great time to be a Jackrabbit. An exciting game with a walk-off victory for the Twins.

Sounded like four buses' worth of Canucks made trip from Canada, and they were loud, but I'd agree it was fun.

SDSU Foundation deserves credit too. When we were walking to gate, a Bemidji State Alum was lamenting their groups' inability to generate sufficient interest for Twins to offer promo (sounded like they needed at least a 1k ticket sale commitment), so the fact the Jacks have offered nearly a handful speaks to both Jacks alums' support and the Foundation's ongoing commitment.

Twins' SDSU Night will be 7/25 versus Mariners this year. The hats are new Twins hats that will include Jacks logo.

Could see Julio Rodriguez & Buxton face off for OF excellence. Exciting stuff.
