President Chicoine's Dad Passes Away

Thoughts and prayers going out to President Chicoine and his family. His dad, Roland, passed away at the age of 93. He served quite a few years in the SD Legislature, representing the Elk Point Area.

Governor Daugaard has ordered flags be flown at half-staff on Wednesday, the day of Chicoine's funeral.
