I don't get real excited about any internet "top ##" list or ranking. But, at least this list provides a short explanation of the methodology used in determining the ranking. So, if you're going to make a list, best to be #1 in a list that is complimentary. Good find, WestRiver.

This is an honor especially mention of Behavioral intervention. I have noticed while strolling on campus, the emergency phones. The walk through this fall around campus that I read about. Safety seems to mean a great deal to many people in this day and age. Also a share by Fiesty Redhead on Facebook is significant. Thanks for doing this Fiesty.

It should be safe there are approximately 1 million cops and UPD in Brookings. I kid, I'm just still angry about a minor I received there many years ago.
