'be great, start here' is a good slogan.I'm still trying to figure out how L and S justified taking on the USD account alongside the SDSU account. And why USD was okay with that.
L & S isn't a part of the new campaign for SDSU, so I'm guessing there was no conflict when they started working with USD.

Gary Timmerman, a Watertown native and former Jackrabbit standout quartermiler on the track team, named head of the surgery department at Sanford, U of SD Medical School. Gary attended SDSU three years and then went to med school at Washington U in St. Louis...he has a BS from SDSU conferred as an honorary degree (it was common for pre-professional students in the health fields to leave undergrad after three years and enter med school, dental school, optometric school etc.).

The SDSU one is better. I think "Be Great, Start Here" is a lot better than "Onward". But you cannot deny the similarities, and theirs was posted in September.
