This bill is getting some media attention as the Good Samaritan Alcohol Polciy.
I thought this bill deserved some recognition because of the job the current SDSU Students' Association has done to pass it through the Senate. They deserve the recognition they got from Bob Mercer's article:

It isn't very often that a bill passes and results in applause and they actually got a standing ovation for their work. They are doing a great job representing SDSU to the state!
