Yes, a good article here. There are some tidbits in this article that weren't in TV's article in the Argus Leader.

Good information - again, I look forward to this being rolled out to the public for consumption. The Foundation will be charged with firing people up about it and I would hope that they are publicly saying 5-7 years, but hoping to themselves that there is a groundswell of support - speeding that process up.
"Catch a wave" and ride it NOW. I'm sure they'll be putting their collective heads together and coming up with some tactics to tackle it. There is no time better than the present. If we build it - they will come!!!Comment
