SDSU Golf Day – Hillcrest G & CC, June 2. Shotgun start at 1:00 PM and dinner to follow. More details forthcoming.

    Re: 2010 Yankton Jackrabbit Events

    Quick update.

At the event on March 30th the Yankton Jackrabbit Club presented a check for $2500 as the first installment on a $20,000 acorn endowment. Money will provide a scholarship for a Yankton area student athlete at SDSU. If you live near Yankton, you define near, and want to help support our club just let me know. Annual dues are very reasonable ($25/family) and several social events are planned.

Golf even at Hillcrest on June 2nd. Great time, great course, public is invited to participate.

Summer picnic is planned for July 28th at Riverside Park in Yankton.

We will be having another "float down the river", dates to follow.

A tailgate spot for FB will be available as well. This is not part of the dues, those interested in tailgating will provide the spot and invite all Yankton Jackrabbit Club members to be guests.

We have secured a large block of rooms at the Embassy Suites in Lincoln for Friday and Saturday night for the Husker game. Should be a large number of YJC fans in attendance.
