If joeboo22's interpretation is correct, well it would be crap. Let's say the Regents front Northern State Teacher's College the money and the thing gets built. Then they go out and ask for money? That is so stupid it's funny. No donor with half a brain would give money. Why would they ... the thing is already built. The reason why you would give money is to build something.

I think that by at least looking at it they already have a significant amount of it pledged... I agree that its bs that they get it fronted if thats what it is, I just wanted to clairify that they aren't asking the state for money...

Its also relatively small at $527,000.....

I wonder what they are planning on adding on? For that matter where will they put it? There is a dorm right next to it on the one side.. street on two other and LIMITED parking as it is... maybe my memory is faulty it has been close to 20 years since I have been on NSU's campus.

4,000 sq feet isn't a huge area... there is room, I'd like to know what they are adding...
