      Well, it just got more interesting. The Bison fans have been pushing Thundar over at AGS and now the UNI people are involved. Its going to take a concerted effort from us now to not let the Jackrabbit get passed.

        I've voted on 4 computers at the hospital, headed home shortly to vote there. Lets make the effort. Make sure the Bisonville guys our on our side. They sure should be.

          Just voted again and here's what the write-in standings look like:

          1. SDSU
          2. Liberty University
          3. U of Northern Iowa
          4. U of Minnesota
          5. U of Cincinnati

          We need to step up the efforts to keep ahead of a rising UNI.

            Any way to tell the total number of votes? how much longer till the votings over?

              Dec 15, and the FINALS are complete.

              Thundar is leading Testero (MD mascot), so if that holds up, then Thundar is into the finals.

              Regarding Jack State's chances to hold 1st on the write in, those I don't see a way to check.

              The NDSU fans have been pushing very hard and pretty much voting a straight Dakota Marker ticket, so the best way to help ourselves is to do the same.

              Vote often, and multiple times per day!!!

                    You just need to vote with a different name. It checks the name but not your computer. I just voted 10 times.

                          One caveat, I don't think finishing #1 in the write in vote makes anything certain. The way it reads they will "choose" the write in winner. That could mean anything.

                            Although I can't speak for all on the CycloneFanatic board, I can speak for those of us interested in the outcome of the Capital One Mascot Challenge. We have been voting for Thundar and Cy this week, and realize that alliances are being made by those not even on the island, so to speak. We ask for your vote for Cy as we vote for Thundar. May the Midwest Mascots rise to the top. Thanks for your consideration, and hopefully your votes.

                            We also will write in SDSU in that portion of the site.

                              I can speak for those of us interested in the outcome of the Capital One Mascot Challenge. We have been voting for Thundar and Cy this week, and realize that alliances are being made. We ask for your vote for Cy as we vote for Jack in the write in vote. Let's put the Midwest Mascots top.
