  • Refund for Summit TV

I think its been posted before but I need to ask. Who do I contact for my refund? As I understood it when I signed the contract I would be provided games in Summit league play that I wanted to see. I have attempted to contact support services and they are not available. Does anyone have any numbers, addresses, contacts, etc.. for me? Thanks.

Near the end I was able to get some video with no sound. I could view the other games without difficulty and therefore I assume the problem was on W. Ill. end. Again, any correspondance that has been helpful is appreciated.

    Re: Refund for Summit TV

I called the WIU athletic dept at halftime and left a message that their Summit TV webcast wasn't working. They most likely won't get the message til tomorrow morning, but the video did come on shortly after I called. I checked a couple of their games in the on demand section; there was no audio on those either. Could be they don't provide an audio feed.

I e-mailed Summit TV tech support to complain about a previous game. I got an answer a couple of days later. It was of no value.
