Beef Auction Held For SDSU Rodeo Team

Stockman's Livestock of Yankton will be hosting an auction to benefit South Dakota State University rodeo team on Wednesday, Sept. 12. Four years ago, when the college administrators made the decision to no longer accept donations from tobacco companies, several area ranchers, health care providers and community businesses stepped up to support the decision. This will be the third year of the event. Last year's benefit auction garnered more than $30,000 for the rodeo team. . . . (read more)
