Don't know for sure, but the reference to licensing and a group trying to MAD makes me wonder if the University is hassling the JFPA who is selling merchandise to benefit Matt Anderson"s family that has a Jackrabbit logo on it. Just a guess.

I was guessing it was JFPA associated too.
