Last night I saw a new SDSU TV commercial on KELO. It was a take off of the "you can go anywhere from here" campaign. It was aimed at the heart of the FES. It said that we had been competing academically at the D-I level for years and now we were "raising our game" to do the same athletically! It was a good commercial.

There are some things going on across the state that are starting to become somewhat destructive that are the result of misinformation being spread by people who were never friends of SDSU.
From a reliable source, I know of some plans that are being made to combat this misinformation. I suspect the new commerical is part of this plan. I would like to elborate more, but I think I will let the offical press releases do that in correct detail.
I think we will see more efforts in early 2004 besides the commerical. -

I also saw the commercial while visiting in Sioux Falls. Not surprised it was timed to combat some of the negative crap that is being spread by people who do not SDSU best interests at heart.Comment
