New Restaurant in Sioux Falls

I noticed in the Sioux Falls Argus Leader this morning that a group of SDSU Alumni are opening a new restaurant called Boston's on the east side of Sioux Falls. Specialize in Pizza, Pasta etc. Since the owners are SDSU alums maybe we will see a Jackrabbit theme and a potential venue in Sioux Falls for alumni to gather. Also planning one on the west side along with Sioux City and Lincoln.

There are Bostons Bar/Grill here in Dallas. They are very cool. and a great place to gather before sporting events. It will be on par with Champ's as far as atmosphere.

EAST-SIDE PIZZA:

A group of South Dakota State University alumni plan to open a pizza restaurant on East 10th Street this summer.

Boston's The Gourmet Pizza is getting ready for an August opening. It will be in the Dacotah Town Centre. . . .

The standalone restaurant will seat about 260 people and will have a separate bar area in addition to an outdoor patio, said Don Rose, who will be the restaurant's general manager.

It also will be open late - 2 a.m. most days of the week and 3 a.m. on weekends.

Though gourmet pizzas are its specialty, Boston's serves a variety of pastas, salads and other entrees.

Boston's is headquartered in Richmond, British Columbia. Though most of its locations are in Canada, the company currently is expanding its U.S. business.

MMD Investments hopes eventually to open another Boston's on the west side of town as well as restaurants in Sioux City, Iowa and Lincoln, Neb.

Yes They're sports themes, The one here (Las Colinas) is mostly local professional teams... Cowboys/Mavericks/Stars (YUK). Hopefully the one on Sioux Falls will be adorned in Blue & Gold!!
