Hey all you Jackrabbit running fans...on July 9th there will be a benefit road race for Habitat for Humanity. It is called the "Run for Beef and Eggs 5K". It will coincide with the Brookings Arts Festival, and a free breakfast will be served afterwards to all participants. For more information regarding registration, go to www.bahfh.info . We are looking to make this an annual event for the habitat, so if you are around please come and also spread the word around to any other Jackrabbit fans you may know. Go Jacks!!

God Bless the Arts Festival. My apartment for 2 years was located on the corner kiti-corner to the park. Every summer we would roll out my two huge speakers and have a little shin-ding on our yard. Since most of us were SD natives, we'd eventually come across people we knew from our home towns and would invite them for a beer.
