Ring the Bells Ringtone

A while back there was some discussion about downloading "Ring the Bells" as a ringtone on your cell phone. A buddy of mine recently sent me this email...

"I don't really know how you download it. It looks like you have to have a certain phone....I guess start at this web page:

and go from there. It is actually the University of Chicago's Wave the Flag, but its the same song."
