The SDSU cross country men and women participated in the Club Nationals at Rochester NY Saturday morning. This meet features many post-grad runners (hitting their prime) and various running clubs. SDSU's athletes run unattached at the meet.
Brad Lowery finished 12th...in an outstanding field. Other Jack men: Rick Furseth, 51st; Chris Gruenhagen, 60th; Andrew Van Nurden, 107; Joel Teachout, 145; Kevin Bjerke, 159; and Jared Bienlien, 169. There were 309 finishers in the men's race. Becka Mansheim was the top Jack finisher in the women's race, finishing 37th in an equally outstanding field of 203 runners.
